9winph Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 9winph ("9winph," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 9winph online casino platform, including all games, services, features, and content available at 9winph.app and through the 9winph mobile application (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy.

9winph operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). These Terms are designed to comply with applicable Philippine laws and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the 9winph Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations governing casino-style online gambling in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 9winph, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from the 9winph Platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any recognized responsible gaming authority.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a material breach of these Terms and may result in criminal liability under applicable Philippine law.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the 9winph Platform, you must register a player account. The following rules apply to all 9winph accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register only one (1) account on the 9winph Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 9winph will never request your password via any channel.
• KYC Verification: 9winph may require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawals or at any time we deem necessary. Required documents may include a government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys ID, driver's license) and proof of address.
• Account Ownership: Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights therein to any other person.

9winph reserves the right to refuse account registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where we have reason to believe that the eligibility requirements have not been met or that the account is being used for fraudulent purposes.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 9winph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: 9winph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), and bank transfer to major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to eligible Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted.
• Prohibited Payment Methods: Cryptocurrency of any kind is strictly not accepted as a deposit or withdrawal method on 9winph. Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not accepted in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified in the cashier section of your account.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically processed within 5 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.
• Source of Funds: You warrant that all funds deposited into your 9winph account are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity. 9winph complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws and will report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
• Withdrawal to Same Method: 9winph reserves the right to require that withdrawals be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, as an anti-money laundering control measure.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

9winph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the point of offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. 9winph reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated for each promotion.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonuses must be wagered on eligible games only. Certain games (e.g., live dealer games, specific table games) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus funds and associated winnings that are not wagered within the specified period will be forfeited automatically.
• 9winph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress will be honored under the original terms.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit bonuses through coordinated betting, use of multiple accounts, or any other strategy deemed abusive by 9winph will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.

6. Gameplay Rules

The following rules apply to all gaming activity on the 9winph Platform:

• All games on 9winph use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and audited to ensure fair and random outcomes.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on 9winph's servers, the server record shall be the definitive and binding result.
• 9winph reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical malfunction, software error, or human error has materially affected the outcome. In such cases, the affected stake will be returned to the player's account.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. 9winph reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection when playing. 9winph is not liable for losses resulting from disconnection during gameplay, except where our system records confirm that a bet was not placed or a game round was not completed.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 9winph Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or using an account if you do not meet the eligibility requirements, including the 21+ age requirement.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or under false identities.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software, security systems, or infrastructure.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith after receiving gaming services.

8. Responsible Gaming

9winph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm among its players. As part of this commitment, 9winph provides the following tools and resources to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts to control their spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time reminders that notify them when they have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of their choosing (e.g., 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently or indefinitely exclude themselves from the 9winph Platform may request self-exclusion through the responsible gaming section of their account or by contacting our support team.

9winph strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction and will take immediate action upon discovering that a minor has accessed the Platform, including account closure and forfeiture of any funds.

9. Privacy & Data

9winph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9winph implements industry-standard security measures, including SSL/TLS encryption and two-factor authentication (2FA), to protect your personal and financial data. However, no system is completely immune to security risks, and 9winph cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 9winph Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements, is the property of 9winph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from 9winph.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 9winph's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 9winph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9winph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if 9winph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9winph does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform and shall not be liable for any losses resulting from Platform downtime, technical errors, or force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications failures.

12. Termination

9winph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to meet or maintain eligibility requirements.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• At your own request (voluntary account closure or self-exclusion).

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (net of any bonus funds subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no fraud investigation is pending.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 9winph Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact 9winph's customer support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. 9winph will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

14. Amendments

9winph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 9winph will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
